Terms of Service
These Terms are an agreement between you and the administrators of ScriptCentral (“ScriptCentral”, “we”, “us”) for your use of ScriptCentral Shooter (the “Game”). By selecting “Agree & Enter” or using the Game, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
1. Who may play
You must be at least 13 years old and meet the minimum legal age for online services where you live. If you are not legally able to agree on your own, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms for you. You must also comply with Discord’s terms when connecting Discord.
2. Permission to use the Game
We give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to play the Game for non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms. The Game, branding, code, artwork and other materials remain owned by their respective owners.
3. Fair play and acceptable use
You must not cheat; submit fabricated scores; automate play or requests; exploit bugs; interfere with another player; probe, attack, overload or bypass security; access accounts or data without permission; introduce malicious code; impersonate others; harass people; or use the Game unlawfully. Do not attempt security testing without our prior written permission. If you find a vulnerability, stop testing, do not access or alter data, and report it privately to a ScriptCentral Discord administrator.
4. Discord and the leaderboard
Discord connection is optional for local play but required to submit a shared score. You are responsible for your Discord account. Your Discord display name, avatar and game result may be displayed publicly in the Hall of Fame. We may reject, correct or remove suspicious, abusive, duplicate or technically invalid results and may reset the leaderboard.
5. Moderation and suspension
We may restrict or end access, remove scores, or report conduct when we reasonably believe these Terms, Discord rules, other users’ rights, or applicable law have been violated. We may preserve information when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse or comply with law.
6. Third-party services
The Game uses Discord for identity and Cloudflare for hosting, security and database services. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. ScriptCentral is an independent community project and is not sponsored, endorsed by, or affiliated with Discord or Cloudflare.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, pause, reset or discontinue any part of the Game. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free or permanently available service. Scores, upgrades and other progress may be lost because of maintenance, bugs, enforcement, shutdown or events outside our reasonable control.
8. Disclaimers and responsibility
The Game is provided free of charge and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the Game. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude, including mandatory consumer rights.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for legal, security or service changes. Material changes will require you to agree again before playing. The date above identifies the current version.
10. Contact and disputes
Contact a ScriptCentral administrator through the official ScriptCentral Discord server first with questions, deletion requests, security reports or disputes. These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to the Game operator and to you; any mandatory rights and courts available under applicable law remain unaffected.

Privacy Policy
This Policy explains how the administrators of ScriptCentral handle information when you use ScriptCentral Shooter.
1. Information we handle
Local play stores game progress and preferences in your browser. If you connect Discord, we receive your Discord user ID, display name, avatar URL and confirmation that your account belongs to the ScriptCentral server. We also store leaderboard results such as score, wave, kills and update time. Short-lived login state, signed session cookies and run-verification tickets help secure the service. Cloudflare may process technical information such as IP address, device/browser details, request times and security events when providing hosting and protection.
2. What we do not request
We do not ask for or store your Discord password, private messages, payment details or precise location. Discord access tokens are used briefly to complete sign-in and are not kept in the leaderboard database.
3. Why we use information
We use information to sign you in, confirm server membership, operate and display the Hall of Fame, remember local progress, prevent cheating and abuse, secure and troubleshoot the Game, enforce the Terms, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Public information and service providers
Your Discord display name, avatar and leaderboard result may be visible to anyone using the Game. Discord provides authentication. Cloudflare provides hosting, network security, logs and D1 database storage. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or during investigation of serious abuse. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
5. Retention
Discord login sessions normally expire after 30 days, OAuth security state after about 10 minutes, and run-verification tickets after about two hours. Leaderboard identity and results are retained while the Hall of Fame operates or until they are no longer needed, unless deletion is required or requested. Local game data remains on your device until you clear the site’s browser storage. Cloudflare retains its own operational and security records according to its policies and settings.
6. Your choices and rights
You can play locally without connecting Discord, but you cannot join the shared leaderboard. You can clear local game data using your browser settings and disconnect by logging out. You may ask a ScriptCentral Discord administrator to provide, correct or delete leaderboard information connected to your Discord account. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you.
7. Security and international processing
We use signed cookies, HTTPS, request checks, one-use run tickets and hosting security controls. No system can be guaranteed completely secure. Discord and Cloudflare may process information in countries other than yours under their own policies and legal safeguards.
8. Young players
The Game is not intended for anyone under 13 or below the minimum age required where they live. If you believe a younger person supplied information, contact a ScriptCentral Discord administrator so it can be reviewed and deleted where appropriate.
9. Changes and contact
We will update this notice when data practices materially change and will request agreement again when appropriate. For privacy questions or requests, contact a ScriptCentral administrator through the official ScriptCentral Discord server.
